- In-depth knowledge of pedagogical theories, learning sciences, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience with educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of assessment design and learning analytics.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
