What you’ll be doing:   

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Tech Delivery Manager to guide and manage our development teams. This role is crucial in translating high-level technical vision into day-to-day execution while ensuring code quality, delivery reliability, and team productivity. You’ll lead technical planning, review implementation strategies, manage releases, and also contribute directly to development and production support when needed. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure solutions are built efficiently, securely, and with scalability in mind. 

Team & Delivery Management  

• Manage daily operations of development teams, ensuring clear task ownership and delivery timelines. 
• Break down business and architectural requirements into actionable tasks for backend and frontend teams.

• Act as first point of contact for blockers, dependencies, and clarifications.

Who we are looking for:   

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership role. 
• Familiarity with how to integrate AI into development process flows to optimize productivity 
• Django web framework and related technologies such as ORM, Rest Framework and Celery, React.js, Redux, Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres. 
• Strong proficiency in Django (Python) and modern JavaScript frameworks (especially React/Next.js). 
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, system design principles, and microservices architecture. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably both AWS and Azure) and deploying scalable applications.
