**The role**
The Integration Technical expert will be working in the Business Solution Integration team focused on the Product Engineering and Operations related to Data Integration, Digital integration, and Process Integration the products in the in-Business solution integration and the initiatives where these products are used.
Will work together with the Product Manager and Product Owners, as well as various other counterparts in the evolution of the DI, PI, and Digital Products. Will work with architects for orchestrating the design of the integration solutions. Will also act as the first point of contact for project teams to manage demand and will help to drive the transition from engineering to sustain as per the BSI standards.
Will work with Operations Managers and Sustain teams on the orchestration of the operations activities, proposing improvements for better performance of the platforms.
**What you'll do**
+ Work with architects to understand and orchestrate the design choices between the different Data, Process and Digital Integration patterns for fulfilling the data needs.
+ Translate the various requirements into the deliverables for the development and implementation of Process, Data and Digital Integration solutions, following up the requests for getting the work done.
+ Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using **ADF, LTRS, Data Integration** , SAP PO, CPI, Logic Apps MuleSoft, and Confluent.
+ Work with the Operations Managers and Sustain teams for orchestrating performance and operational issues.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 7 years industry experience in software delivery projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum five years’ experience in the following areas: fire safety, fire risk assessment, fire risk mitigation, fire prevention, urban fire regulatory assessment, public outreach, etc
  • Strong communication, capacity building training, and report-writing skills.
  • A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and managing multi-disciplinary project teams for the state government and international development organisation is required.

The Unit-Level Traceability Technical Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining traceability systems that capture, store, and retrieve manufacturing data at the individual unit/device level in an OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) environment. 1. System Design & Implementation

  • Design traceability solutions capable of capturing data for each unit/device across all OSAT manufacturing stages (assembly, test, packaging).
  • Define and implement data structures, barcoding/2D marking, and serialization methodologies.
  • Collaborate with MES and automation teams for seamless integration of traceability workflows into production systems.

2. Integration & Data Flow

  • Integrate traceability systems with MES, ERP (SAP), PLM, QMS, SPC, and equipment automation systems.
  • Ensure high-speed, low-latency data capture and retrieval to support manufacturing throughput.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Partner with process and maintenance engineers to translate RMS data into actionable reliability programs.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive enhancements in RMS through advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and predictive maintenance algorithms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate RMS workflows and reporting.
  • Benchmark RMS performance against industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.


Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in manufacturing systems or reliability engineering preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with RMS, FDC, or equipment monitoring systems in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of OSAT operations, tool reliability, and equipment maintenance processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in RMS platforms (e.g., Camline, BISTel, PEER Group, Applied E3, or custom solutions).
  • Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (SECS/GEM, OPC-UA, MQTT).
  • Strong skills in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with AI/ML-based predictive maintenance is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines.
