- Site Inspections: Verify client site environment meets the requirements prior to installation.
- Equipment Services: Provide assembly, installation, maintenance, repair and movement of equipment at/to/from field locations and our workshops/labs facilities.
- Monitoring: Monitor, analyze and resolve all locker technical problems and customer/site issues.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines, install upgrades, recalibrate and make modifications to the equipment as specified.
- SLA: Monitor, ensure rapid response to ensure client/customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements are Elevate or escalate issues when appropriate, according to established procedures. Must be diligent about ensuring continuity of client/customer operations and high levels of client/customer satisfaction. Manage client/customer incidents as assigned.
- Business Development: Build working relationships with clients at deployed locations. Must support our business development activities by identifying, pitching, signing up, and managing locations. Any spare time when service call loads are low will be used for business development activities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / ITI with electronics experience and work experience in technical service of ATM, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, satellite dish company, fridges, washing machines, water filter or Automated Equipment and/or similar devices is preferred. Must be willing to travel daily, work flexible shifts, and have a 2-wheeler.
- **MANDATORY: Travel constantly and extensively in and around the city to visit sites & clients 6 days/week which may include weekends and morning/evening shift timings, must have and use own 2-wheeler vehicle (travel allowance provided), and an updated Android smartphone.**:
- Should have good technical skills, good command of spoken & written English communication, and spoken fluency in regional language.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for who will be responsible for being the first touch point for the customer serves as our most important brand ambassador. who has all the requisite knowledge of the product that includes the theory, hardware, features and its application. Job Description
**Key missions of the** **position:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the Troubleshooting of field complaint and perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of Wabtec systems. The candidate will require to have a strong understanding of electrical and Pneumatic circuit diagrams, electronic components, and their working principles. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing of Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
**Roles** **and** **responsibility** **are** **as** **below:**
1. **Production** **Support:** Assist in the Installation, commissioning, Testing of Wabtec system/Product in the rolling stock
2. **Field** **Complaint** **Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve the field complaints related to Wabtec systems, providing timely resolution and closure of the complaints. Such requirement relates to troubleshooting the electrical, electronics, pneumatic or maintenance related issues and relacing the defective part to close the complaint within the contractual timelines.
3. **Installation** **and** **Commissioning:** Support the installation and commissioning of the Wabtec product and performing
the required testing. Enabling customer to perform the task in a right manner if needed.
4. **Retrofit, Maintenance and Repairs:** Perform retrofit, regular maintenance and emergency repairs on Wabtec products inline with procedure and site requirement.
5. **Reporting** **and** **Documentation:** Report and record the field interventions performed by himself and associated
team. The service engineer would require making a report of the issue and also get the Joint notes or associated document as needed by customer contract. Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted to manager.
6. **NCR** **and** **Failed** **Part** **Management:** Maintain accountability for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), maintain
consumed spares/Failed part and site spares data. Organizing the dispatch of the defective parts from site to plant in co-ordination with plant team.
7. **Customer** **Interaction:** Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide clear
explanations of the work performed. Follow up the closure of Nonconformity reports and work orders issued.
8. **Travel:** Willingness to travel across India to various sites as needed for warranty, installation & Commissioning, retrofit and maintenance service for the customer order.
9. **Safety,** **Quality,** **and** **Compliance:** Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our organization's strict safety,
quality, and compliance standards.
**Initial location would be in Mumbai, but transferrable within any part of the Country**

**Education/Training:** Degree or Diploma in electrical & electronics.
**Professional** **Experience:** Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role (Field service) preferably in the transportation railways or Lifts and escalator with Good troubleshooting skills
