- Lead and deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates (typically under 80 hours of effort) in response to business needs and approved change requests.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release patches by analyzing release notes, coordinating readiness, supporting testing with user groups, and ensuring readiness for timely Production deployment.
- Manage and resolve functional and technical incidents promptly, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented.
- Support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting, to hiring and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and external integrations for payroll processing.
- Be well-versed with Oracle Journeys functionality within Oracle Cloud HCM to design and deploy personalized employee experiences for onboarding, performance, and career development.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud’s latest AI-driven features and capabilities to enhance HR automation, analytics, and productivity outcomes.

Technical and Integration Responsibilities**
- Support technical aspects of HCM, including interfaces, conversions, reports, and data validation.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems (e.g., ADP, SAP Concur, Fuse, and other HR-adjacent applications).
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business operations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related tools.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancement requests, data mapping, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT Security and Compliance standards, including SOX, GDPR, and internal audit controls.

Collaborate with Oracle Support and internal IT teams for post-deployment verification and resolution of any identified issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
