**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls, whatsapp, messages and other communication channels.
- **Qualify Leads**: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and interest in our projects.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings and Site visits between potential clients and our sales team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our project offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our Database.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience for 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of real estate terms and processes is a plus
