Key Responsibilities- Define and champion the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FinTech innovations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing product managers.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify new product opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage development resources effectively.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a key advocate for the product internally and externally.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; technical background is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative financial products.
- Deep understanding of financial services, payment systems, lending, or investment technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product decision-making.
