What is the role about?
As the Head of Marketing at Endress+Hauser Flow India, this strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing total Marketing, Technical Support, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Application and Product Support, After-Sales Service (where feasible), and Order Handling Support for designated international Sales Centers.
Sales Centres Currently Include
SC – Thailand, SC – Singapore, SC – Malaysia, SC – Australia, SC – South Africa, SC – India, and TLV – Japan. Additional Sales Centers will be incorporated in future phases aligned with the organization strategic direction.
The role ensures an integrated and high-impact approach to customer support and business enablement across diverse geographies, fully aligned with Endress+Hauser's global strategy and standards.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Act as the single point of contact for the supported Sales Centers and facilitate the achievement of flow targets set during annual planning meetings. Formalize the yearly product and category-wise budget for the division.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction index across all Sales Centers.
- Implement daily operations within the strategic guidelines of the global Marketing Department in Reinach. Report directly to the Managing Director (E+H Flow India) and have a dotted-line relationship with the MV (Sales) Department at Reinach, Switzerland. Submit monthly reports to both.
- Negotiate marketing activities (e.g., new product launches, campaigns) and sales plans with each Sales Center.
- Develop pricing strategies by industry segment and support the Marketing departments during general pricing updates.
- Handling of special products and co ordination with the special product department at Reinach .
- Manage requests related to special products and coordinate with the Special Product Department in Reinach.
- Ensure order entry and fulfillment according to budgeted sales plans with respective Sales Centers.
- Monitor and drive timely receivables (collections) from each Sales Center.
- Actively participate contribute actively to various improvement initiatives as a key members of the leadership team based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
- Establish and execute short- to mid-term strategies (1–3 years) aligned with organizational goals.

Qualification
