- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:
- Monitor and process new orders daily through the Shopify backend.
- Generate and manage shipping labels, manifests, and invoices using the Shiprocket dashboard.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams to ensure timely and accurate order packing.
- **Shiprocket Management**:
- Manage all courier partners integrated with Shiprocket.
- Create and schedule pickups, and track shipments in real-time.
- Resolve any issues related to pickups, RTOs (Return to Origin), and delivery exceptions.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- **Shopify Backend Operations**:
- Update order statuses on Shopify (e.g., from "Unfulfilled" to "Fulfilled").
- Upload tracking information to Shopify for customer notifications.
- Manage and process customer returns and exchanges through the Shopify system.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the Shopify backend.
- **Customer Communication & Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status, delays, and tracking information.
- Resolve shipping-related customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Send proactive communication to customers about shipping updates or potential delays.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on shipping performance metrics, including delivery times, RTO rates, and shipping costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the shipping process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on shipping data.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and updates on Shiprocket and Shopify platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the shipping software.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing backend operations for an e-commerce business.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with **Shiprocket** and **Shopify** is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a significant plus.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
