Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads and onboard customers to keep them connected
Engage customers in meaningful conversations after making the appointments to understand
What brought them to us
Their health goals and concerns
Their current lifestyle diet and fitness habits
Educate customers about our products and services recommending and reviewing blood tests reports personalized diet consultations lifestyle advice and customized nutraceutical stacks
Provide basic nutritional counseling and diet plans as per individual profiles
Suggest appropriate product stacks or assist in customizing products to fit customer needs
Address any queries doubts or confusion related to health nutrition and our offerings
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all customer interactions and updates in the system
Use CRM tools to track follow ups manage call logs and update customer details
Design pitch and systems for working and reporting
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Bachelors degree or diploma in Nutrition Dietetics or Health Sciences or related field
One to two years of experience in
Nutrition or health consultations
Sales or customer engagement in a healthcare or wellness brand
Strong understanding of nutritional supplements blood tests and basic diagnostics
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language if applicable
Comfortable with consultative selling and guiding users toward the right product
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer tracking systems
Strong in follow ups empathy and building trust with clients

Bonus Skills
Knowledge of nutraceutical product formulation
Certification in functional nutrition or lifestyle medicine
Experience in using tools like HubSpot Zoho CRM or similar
