• Administer and manage DR VMware Infrastructure (Prod, UAT & DMZ)
• Verify, deploy, and maintain hardware inventory for new server/storage hardware
• Create and maintain VM and physical servers (Windows & Linux)
• Perform server OS installation and hardening
• Configure and maintain VM networking
• Administer storage and provide LUNs (hard disk space) to servers
• Manage production infrastructure, including application, database, and web server environments
• Administer Windows servers and cluster architecture
• Monitor and generate reports for critical VMs, physical servers, ESXi, and storage (iSCSI, vSAN)
• Provide service support during migration projects
• Maintain project tracker sheets and timelines
• Manage asset inventory for Windows physical and VM servers
• Coordinate with the BigFix team for OS patching of DR Windows servers
• Administer Windows/VMware infrastructure for subsidiary projects
• Handle daily support activities via the ticketing system defined by the client
