Job Description

As a Work from Home Consultant at Kamaxi Overseas Consultants, you will play a critical role in promoting and securing candidates for our International Internship and German Ausbildung programs. Leveraging your personal network and communication channels, you will identify potential candidates, guide them through the application process, and ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

Utilize your personal contacts and networks to identify potential candidates for the Internship and German Ausbildung programs.

Promote Kamaxi's Internship and Ausbildung opportunities through your channels without using Kamaxi’s brand or client names directly.

2.Candidate Engagement

Engage with potential candidates, provide them with detailed information about the programs, and guide them through the application process.

Ensure candidates meet the program's eligibility criteria and have the necessary documents for application.

3. Compliance & Ethics

Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including the prohibition on soliciting Kamaxi employees or crew members for recruitment purposes.

4. Reporting & Communications 

Maintain clear and regular communication with the Programme Manager regarding candidate progress and any challenges encountered.

Provide timely updates on all candidates referred, including successful and unsuccessful placements.

Commission

 Commission Structure: Earn commissions based on successful candidate placements.
