first 90 days

• Technical skills : Proficiency in Python plus familiarity with AI frameworks, RESTful APIs, and automation scripting. Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API), chatbot prototyping, Power Automate, LangChain, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Practical exposure : Relevant internship, capstone, or hackathon projects that demonstrate building AI, data or automation solutions will count as experience.
• Domain curiosity: Ability to quickly learn how different business functions operate and to propose fit for purpose AI automations.
• Problem solving and drive: Strong analytical skills, a bias for experimentation and a commitment to staying current with AI advances.
• Communication and collaboration: Understand the pain points of each role talking to people. Translate technical concepts to non-technical peers; gather requirements and run training sessions.
