**Job Description**
Environmental engineer/scientist having 5-6 years of experience in conducting ESIA/ESDD studies following IFI guidelines.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business Administration.
+ Master's degree preferred.
+ 4-8 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
+ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our environmental engineering projects. The Project Manager will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieving client satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment and comfortable managing workers in USA. So you will have to adjust your timing based on the clients location.
Your responsibilities will be :
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Keep track of timesheets and expenses and make sure to monitor ongoing project costs
- Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation in shared folders and database
- Create and review proposals for projects which might be bid documents or specific pricing sheets for existing clients.
It will be an added bonus if you can help with:
- Ensure that our marketing and sales activities are taking place

This position requires that you work nightshift, typically your shift will end around 1AM IST.
