About the Role - Your Task s – What You can Expect:

  • Ensure Facility
    1. Proper housekeeping at all shop floors and other areas of factory premises.
    2. Development and upkeep of green area in the factory premises.
    3. Routine Building and other related maintenance.
    4. Maintaining 5S in open area of factory premises.
    5. Maintain Guest houses, company flats in good condition and hygiene.
  • Waste  Disposal
    1. Ensure proper disposal of process waste as per guidelines and legal compliance.
  • Carry out
    1. Plan, execution and monitor the work done by the service providers on daily basis.
    2. Monitor daily activities to maintain the green area of the factory premises.
    3. Daily waste collection and its disposal as per the guidelines of the company and applicable legislations.
    4. MIS and cost control of facility services

Your Profile – What do You bring:

  • The incumbent should have 3-4 years of experience in facility management in an Industry / Township.

  • He should be graduate / BBA / Diploma in Hotel management / waste management with good communication skills

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Executive to support our government business operations in the biomedical waste management sector. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-compliance industry where government interactions play a central role. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities with government departments, hospitals, and municipal corporations. 

- Support sales presentations, documentation, and tender/RFP preparation for government projects. 

- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in government and healthcare sectors. 

- Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, project proposals, and compliance documents. 

- Track government tenders, bidding timelines, and ensure submission within deadlines. 

- Generate and maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and government project progress. 

- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for government business. 


Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Environmental Science, or related field). 

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or government liaison (experience in waste management, environmental services, or healthcare sectors preferred). 

- Good understanding of government tendering processes. 

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi. 

- Sales and Business Development skills

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team.
