Deliver structured training sessions on Oracle GoldenGate architecture and operations

Train on topics such as:

Real-time data replication

Extract, Pump, and Replicat configuration

Initial load and change data capture (CDC)

Checkpoints, trail files, and process management

Bi-directional replication

Conflict detection and resolution

Provide hands-on labs , real-time demos, and scenario-based learning

Assist with installation, setup, and troubleshooting of Oracle GG

Guide learners on best practices, tuning, and high availability (HA) setups

Optionally prepare trainees for Oracle GoldenGate certifications

10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (12c or higher)

Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS , data replication , and high availability architectures

Experience with heterogeneous replication (Oracle to MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Familiarity with monitoring tools like GoldenGate Monitor or Enterprise Manager (OEM)

Proficient with Linux/Unix command line for managing OGG processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills (virtual or classroom)

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training sessions for professionals or fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of MongoDB architecture, CRUD operations, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization, along with experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.

Design and deliver MongoDB training modules (beginner to advanced level)

Explain core concepts: NoSQL, document model, collections, CRUD, indexes, replication, and sharding

Provide real-world examples , lab exercises, and assignments

Guide learners through installing, configuring, and managing MongoDB instances

Conduct live sessions , doubt-clearing, and assessments

Support post-training queries and feedback resolution

Optionally, prepare learners for MongoDB certification exams

10+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB (v4.x or higher preferred)

Proficient in:

Data modeling

Aggregation pipelines

Indexing strategies

Replication & sharding

MongoDB Atlas (optional but preferred)

Experience with Mongo Shell , Compass , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Good understanding of JSON , JavaScript/Node.js , or Python for data handling

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PostgreSQL DBA to manage, maintain, and optimize our PostgreSQL database infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of our data systems and support development teams with SQL best practices and performance tuning.

Install, configure, and upgrade PostgreSQL database systems

Perform regular database maintenance tasks: backup, recovery, indexing, vacuuming, and updates

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and tune queries

Set up and maintain replication, clustering, and high availability (HA) environments

Manage user roles, access controls, and database security

Automate routine tasks using scripts or tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.)

Troubleshoot issues related to performance, downtime, or failures

Assist development teams with query optimization and schema design

Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions

Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and policies

We are seeking an experienced Freelance SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions to professionals or corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience with SAP EWM and a strong background in training delivery , capable of translating complex concepts into practical, real-world applications.

Deliver structured and engaging training on SAP EWM concepts, configurations, and transactions.

Customize or develop training materials, hands-on exercises, and real-time case studies.

Provide live system demonstrations (SAP ECC or S/4HANA EWM).

Conduct Q&A sessions and post-training support as needed.

Assess participant understanding and adjust delivery accordingly.

Share industry best practices and project insights from real-world implementations.

10+ years of SAP experience , with at least 5+ years in SAP EWM (including ECC and/or S/4HANA).

Deep understanding of core EWM components, including:

Inbound & Outbound Processes

Warehouse Structure & Master Data

Storage Control (POSC / LOSC)

Resource Management

Physical Inventory

RF Framework & Mobile Data Entry

Integration with SAP MM, SD, and TM

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in training delivery (corporate, freelance, or academic).

SAP EWM certification is a plus.
