You’ll counsel students for UK study pathways and support B2B agent pipelines end-to-end—shortlisting, applications, offers, CAS readiness, credibility interview prep (telephonic), documentation checks (incl. MOI/IELTS waiver), and visa filing with strict TAT and compliance.

• Counsel students/parents on UK courses, intakes, scholarships, and post-study routes.

• Prepare students for telephonic credibility /pre-screening; conduct mock Q&A.

• Maintain compliance: data accuracy, file notes, and UKVI-aligned documentation.
• Support agent enablement: basic trainings, FAQs, and resolution of common file issues.

• 2–5 years of proven counselling experience specifically for the UK .
• Strong understanding of offers, CAS, credibility calls, IELTS waiver/MOI, and visa process .
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Punjabi a plus).
• Hands-on with spreadsheets/CRM (Excel/Google Sheets; any CRM is fine).
• High ownership, speed, and accuracy under deadlines.

• Experience with QA/aggregators/university portals.
• Exposure to dependent visas and document SOPs.
• Local agent network & event/seminar experience.

• Offer-to-CAS conversion, CAS-to-visa filing TAT.
• Documentation accuracy / first-time clearance rate.

Product Innovation & Technical Ownership

• Own the end-to-end technical development of footwear products across all categories — from idea to shelf.
• Drive continuous innovation in construction methods, component engineering, insole, sole technologies, material blending, and ergonomic performance.
• Actively lead new last development programs across sport and lifestyle categories — ensuring comfort, fit consistency, and biomechanical support.

Material & Construction Excellence

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate deeply with design, merchandising, sourcing, production, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution integrity.
