Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Communications Manager at KBS International, located in Bhilwara. The Brand Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing brand messaging, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include ensuring consistent brand voice across all media, handling public relations activities, and coordinating with marketing and creative teams to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Communication and Public Relations skills
• Brand Management and Integrated Marketing experience
• Strategic Communications expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

·   Support the Sales Manager to achieve or exceed the territory sales plan according to Business Strategy

·   Promote product or segment product offering through knowl- edge dissemination and technical trials at selected customers as defined by the Sales Manager

·   Work closely with Distributors sales team to drive product launches and marketing concepts including promotion at key accounts

·   Actively share technical information with Distributors teams

·   Communicate customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams & support key business development activities

·   Build, develop and maintain good customer relationship.

·   Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities accord- ing to the business strategy by providing technical support.

·   Assess customer needs and translate it into potential innova- tion projects

·   Competitive product evaluation.

Qualifications

Education : University degree in Tex- tiles, chemistry, or chemical engineer- ing.

Experience : 3-6+ years experiences in specialized textile chemical industry.

Know-how/skills :

·   Customer orientation

·   Excellent Technical know how

·   Superior communication and influencing skills

·   Sound problem solving ability

·   Good level of English and any other languages an advantage

·   Strong level of cultural aware- ness

·   Understanding of a matrix struc- ture / environment
