· Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
- Rate analysis, BBS, Quantification of all materials, Reconciliation of all materials, Rate amendment, Knowledge of Core building and Finishing Project done, Study BOQ and finding out the Miscellaneous works done at site outside the WO.
Identification and preparation of extra items.
Approval of extra or non-tender items including preparation of Rate analysis along with supporting Joint Measurement sheets (JMR) duly signed by client prior to execution of works
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
- Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
- Preparing all billing records and marinating it.
· Proper entering of bills without errors
· Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.
· Getting Approval from the Client.
· Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.
· Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminium Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material Invoices etc.
· Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
· Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
· Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
· Parking of Bill in ERP system.
· Preparing Certificate of Payment.
· Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
· Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.
· Maintaining of all-important documentation as per IS0 Standards.
· Good in communication.
· Other Duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sustainable and/or organic agriculture.
Familiarity with organic certification standards and protocols.
Experience working directly with farmers, particularly in rural or community-based settings.
Strong communication and training skills; ability to translate technical knowledge into practical guidance.
Proficient in MS Office and digital data collection tools.
Ability to travel regularly to field locations.
Preferred Skills :
Certification in organic internal control systems (ICS) or organic auditing.
Knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices.
Multilingual abilities relevant to the local farming communities.
