Job Title: Sr. Executive/Asst. manager – HR

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance and payroll for on-roll and off-roll employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Handle statutory compliances, including ESIC, PF, PT, and LWF, ensuring timely returns.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance eval & exits
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances
