The role requires close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams to design unique travel experiences that stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and product opportunities.
- Develop creative and competitive travel packages across domestic and international destinations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to align products with customer needs and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure strong product branding, digital presentation, and promotional success.
- Manage the product lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Evaluate customer feedback and competitor insights to refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with the operations team and local suppliers to ensure smooth execution and cost optimization.
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Background in Product Development, R&D, or Tourism Management .
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
