What You’ll Do
- Co-create and publish content (posts, carousels, short videos, infographics) for LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Assist with content ideation, copywriting, and scheduling.
- Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, CTR) and propose optimizations.
- Research trends, hashtags, algorithm changes, and competitor content.
- Support campaign launches.
- Design visual assets (using Canva, Figma, Photoshop etc.) for posts, banners, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You have a genuine interest in marketing, social media, content, and design.
- Basic familiarity with social media algorithms and engagement tactics (especially LinkedIn).
- Good writing skills, storytelling ability, and eye for design.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Some working knowledge of design tools.
- Prior experience (even small) doing content for social media is a plus.
