JOB DETAILS
1)Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
2)The Visa Executive is expected to consult, prepare and accurately process visa application of LCC T&R clients, the job entails regular office and field work Keep an up to date knowledge of all visa requirements
3)Provide Consultation to clients on visa processing requirements
4)Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers
5)The candidate must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable
6)Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visas and passport forms.
7)Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.
8)Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
9)Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
10)Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
11)Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application center.
12)Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
