A day in the role:
As a Ping Access and Federate Consultant, youll collaborate with clients to design tailored IAM solutions. Throughout the day, youll collaborate with diverse teams, troubleshoot system performance, lead Agile projects, and mentor junior analysts. Your expertise will ensure seamless access and have a positive impact on clients security. What Youll Do:Develop and maintain Access Management solutions implemented for clients using Ping Identitys products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
Provide expertise on authentication, authorization, federation, and user management using technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs, such as integrating ForgeRock products into complex environments such as cloud-based or hybrid environments
Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Provide technical assistance during implementation, testing, and production support, using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python and scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
Train and mentor junior analysts on ForgeRock products, providing knowledge transfer on product features, deployment, and troubleshooting techniques
RequirementsWhat Youll Bring:
7-9 years of experience in PingIdentity Access Management / Identity Gateway / Identity Cloud
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in log analysis and system performance tuning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in documenting solutions and providing training to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
Experience with other IAM technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or Saviynt
Relevant certifications such as PingIdentity Certified Professional - PingFederate / PingAccess
Experience in DevOps methodologies and tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, or Docker
