Job Description
1. Coordinate the Materials Planning/Requirements in accordance with the company stock level and Working Capital targets and in line with Manufacturing Demands.
2. Define the Planning and Production Control Systems, including raw material and finished products use and movement.
3. Drive the plant deployment of the Global Supply Chain Best Practices and Strategy, in accordance to the regional agreed priorities.
4. Ensure an effective and integrated Supply Chain interface between customers and suppliers through the plant production control and EDI links deployment.
5. Set and validate together with the Supply Chain Manager, the inventory strategy and target for the plant; meet the target, keeping excess and obsolete stock at minimum level and putting in place a formal roadmap and action plan in agreement with targets.
6. Aim to reduction of inventory while ensuring 100% DSA (Delivery Schedule Attainment);
7. He/ She ensures the daily contact and interface with his/her Suppliers.
8. Follows up his/her Suppliers' logistics profile in terms of DSA, reliability, constraints.
9. Both on a day-to-day basis and weekly or monthly basis and leads the improvement plans with them in order to ensure 100% of DSA.
10. He/ She is responsible for raw materials inventory levels of his/her suppliers and for reaching the weekly inventory targets.
11. Ensures the procurement schedules are under control and in line with the SIOP, the MS and the inventory weekly objectives;
12. To ensure that company resources (e.g. paper, energy) are conserved and re-cycled where appropriate and possible, highlight new methods of conserving the company's resources
13. Report Potential hazards and defects observed in the workplace.
14. Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by what they do or do not do. 15 Production Scheduling for in plant cell.

**Time & Leave Administration**

**Site Statutory Compliance**

**HRIS and Data Management**

+ Facilitate training and development programs aligned with manufacturing needs.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**

+ Strong execution skills with the ability to implement plans effectively.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities – SMC PT Projects (Primary Focus):
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries related to SMC PT projects from Sales, Marketing, and internal teams.
- Interpret customer requirements and develop space-optimized layout concepts within physical site constraints.
- Prepare detailed 3D assembly drawings in SolidWorks and precise 2D drawings in AutoCAD for manufacturing and installation.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and provide practical recommendations during proposal stages.
- Collaborate with third-party Structural Analysis consultants to obtain and interpret reports for design validation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, Logistics) to ensure timely release of manufacturing drawings and component availability.
