4. Market Research & Insights • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends and student preferences. • Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Lead Generation & Conversion • Implement innovative lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and conversions. • Oversee lead nurturing processes to support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
6. Budget & Performance Management • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns. • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, educational consultants, and external partners. • Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
8. Team Leadership • Mentor and guide junior marketing executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance. • Ensure smooth coordination within the marketing team and with cross functional departments.
