**NPD Activities - Compression Tech**
**Work in Compression Technology Products with focus on motors (both fixed & variable speed) for hermetic compressors Understand Project & Work Scope, plan and deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline Make effective use of software Ansys-RMxprt & Siemens-NX to design motors Lead document release activities of Product Design Thru RFES, build Inputs For Proto Manufacturing & Test inputs Prepare engineering documentation including motor specifications & bill of materials**

**Education and Professional Qualifications:**
**Bachelors/master's in electrical engineering**
**Proficiency in CAD (Siemens-NX preferred); Electromagnetics simulation knowledge added advantage,** **2-4 years of relevant experience.**
**Basic knowledge of motors, controllers & contactors required**
**Basic knowledge of HVAC & Compressors required**
