3. SAP Entries & Reconciliation of Gate Register
4. Preparation of plant costing MIS as per requirements
5. Provisions & Inventory Accounting and accounting entries
6. Statutory Audit
7. GST Return preparation and Reconciliation
8. Vendor Reconciliation and petty cash management

Qualification and technical skills

1. Commerce Graduate with 2 plus years of experience
2. Should be resident of Khopoli or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities of the Chief Engineer:

-Ensures the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels

-Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries

-Develops and implements plans where property maintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved

-Leads and manages the maintenance team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department

-Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained

-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders

-Establishes and delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme to address maintenance and environmental and conservation matters

-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Chief Engineer:

-Minimum 2- 4 years experience in similar position in reputed 5 star hotel brands

-Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem-solving capabilities

-Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style

-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

-Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations

-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

-Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

-Strong communication skills

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying/selling process with professionalism and integrity.

What you will do

. Sales Executive should be able to generate sales leads through cold calling and online marketing activity.

. Will work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist for closing the deals

. Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries explain project/services and demonstrate the features and benefits.

. Sales Executive has to manage the clients at the site in the absence of the Sales team lead.

. He has to keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM.

Who you are

. The candidate should have strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality.

. Should have strong creative outlook.

. Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship and Management skills

. Should have minimum 2 to 4 of experience in selling Luxury Apartments (High ticket selling).

. Highly skilled, motivated and targeted oriented.

. Must be self-motivator and self-starter, excellent time management skills.

. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target.
