Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the aluminium finishing line (anodizing, powder coating, brushing, polishing, etc.)
- Ensure products meet all quality and dimensional specifications before dispatch
- Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and team supervision
- Monitor production KPIs (output, efficiency, wastage, downtime) and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of finishing equipment
- Liaise with quality assurance to resolve defects and minimize rework/rejection

- Implement and maintain safety standards and 5S principles

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in aluminium finishing operations
- Strong knowledge of surface finishing processes (powder coating, anodizing, etc.)
