Required Candidate Profile:

• Must-Have: Proven experience in the US staffing industry.

• Expert-Level Proficiency: Hands-on experience and demonstrated success using Dice and Monster to source candidates.

• W2 Focus: Strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates on a W2 and C2C basis.

• Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with US-based professionals.

Bench Marketing responsibilities:

• Consultant Profile Management: Create, format, and market compelling resumes for benched consultants, highlighting their key skills and project experience.

• Vendor & Client Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to generate requirements.

• Marketing & Distribution: Proactively market benched consultants by submitting their profiles for suitable roles, distributing hotlists, and posting on relevant job portals.

• Requirement Screening: Source and meticulously screen job requirements from various channels to ensure a strong match with the consultant's expertise.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between the client/vendor and the consultant, ensuring the consultant is well-prepared.

• Rate Negotiation: Handle negotiations on rates, terms, and conditions for project placements to ensure profitability.

• Documentation & Onboarding: Manage all necessary paperwork, including contracts and client onboarding documents, to finalize a placement.
