- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Title: Surveyor – Civil Projects
Role Overview:
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing accurate levels, measurements, and layouts for civil works. The candidate must be proficient in using Total Station and AutoCAD for site setting-out, data recording, and drawing preparation. The role requires close coordination with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure accurate execution of works as per design and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Survey & Measurement
Conduct topographic and boundary surveys using Total Station, GPS, and conventional methods.
Establish benchmarks, gridlines, and reference points at site.
Carry out pre- and post-construction level checks for earthwork, foundations, structures, and pavements.
- Setting Out & Layout
Set out alignment, centerlines, levels, and reference points for excavation, foundations, columns, roads, pipelines, and other civil structures.
Ensure accuracy in marking and setting out as per approved drawings.
- Drawing & Documentation
Prepare, review, and update survey drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Maintain survey records, field books, and digital data systematically.
Generate contour maps, level sheets, and cross-sections when required.
- Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve discrepancies in survey data.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Provide technical support during inspections and audits.
- Quality Control & Reporting
Verify contractor measurements and quantities for billing purposes.
Identify discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
Prepare daily/weekly survey reports and submit to the Project Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS instruments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting, survey drawings, as-built preparation).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, benchmarks, and coordinates system.
Minimum 2–5 years' experience in civil construction projects (infrastructure/buildings/roads).
Good communication and coordination skills.
