**Role Summary:**
The Workday Integration Developer / Security Analyst will play a key role in developing Workday integration and the security of our global Workday environment, ensuring the platform enhances operational efficiency and enables delivery of our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday security domains.
**Requirements:**
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems using: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Workday Web Services, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
+ Working knowledge of payroll and benefit integrations a plus.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
+ Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
+ Maintain documentation for integrations and workflows.
+ Participate in Workday update testing and ensure integrations remain compatible.
+ Ensures the Workday security design and configuration align with security policy and controls while providing users the necessary access to do their jobs
+ Performs Workday security configuration
+ Troubleshoots and resolves security-related issues escalated by HR Ops team
+ Creates and updates the configuration of role-based and user-based security groups

We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to support our Healthcare Portfolio with strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills. We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to be part of our FP&A team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Engagement organization, which includes the Professional Services Sales teams, as well as Deployment and Delivery Support. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, FP&A, you'll be responsible for:
+ Partnering with leadership to provide financial insights and align KPIs with business goals
+ Collaborating with teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and deliver detailed reports for enhanced performance management
+ Building and maintaining financial models to support investment analysis, scenario planning, and resource allocation decisions
+ Tracking and analyzing KPIs for Customer Engagement teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize investments
+ Managing headcount forecasting alongside HR and leaders to align staffing with business goals and operational needs
**What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ CA/Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles
+ Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool
**What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification)**
+ Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel
+ Previous experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams
