Position: QA LeadWe are seeking a skilled QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance efforts for our web domain project. The QA Lead will be responsible for, developing test strategies, and ensuring the overall quality of the project.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.Manage testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.Manage the QA team’s workload and provide support in resolving issues.Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.Manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issuesRequirements:8 - 10yrs years of experience in software QA testing role.Good analytical and logical skills to be able to think through the new application and strategise testingRelevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool (Mabl)Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneouslyIdeally have experience with Linux environmentTechnical skills:Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Mobile Testing, Comprehensive Testing Knowledge, Test Strategy and Planning, Automation Expertise, Web Technologies, API and Performance Testing, Database and Backend Testing, Version Control and CI / CD, Leadership and Project Management, Tool Selection and Optimisation.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science or a related field.Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are preferred.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.A fully remote and flexible working environment.A culture of empowerment, collaboration, and personal growth.Opportunities to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies.About us:Brief Belzabar Software Design is a world-class software boutique with headquarters in the US and an impressive development record that spans a number of major projects.
