+ Resolving employee issues while enhancing support areas to align service delivery with organizational strategy
**What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ 5+ years experience as a hands-on HR business partnering with advanced HR data analysis; People related query resolution; Program Execution and knowledge of local labor laws/practices
+ Experience as a People Partner in a complex, high-volume, high growth environment with ability to manage ambiguity to develop solutions
+ Experience building relationships with leadership and employees, and excellent in advanced evaluative and influencing skills

+ Demonstrated understanding of metrics, drivers and compensation plans, and scorecards
+ Ability to Present facts and recommendations with written, verbal, and public speaking skills
+ Master's degree in human resources or related field
