The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies majorly in field of Clay
  • Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyses and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals/ Ball Clay market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Experience Required : 5+ Yrs in Sales

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales and marketing
  • Experience in marketing or related field


Desired Profile :

  • Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Primary Responsibilities

Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to promote Loom Solar products.Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new business opportunities.Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners.Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies.Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company’s sales application.Respond to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships.Ensure 30 days’ stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfilment.Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products.Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust. Qualifications & Skills

Any Graduate.2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales. Preferred Experience:

  • Understand the statutory compliances for each site and recommend clear sites for network expansion.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and other related court cases to safeguard the companys interests.
  • Franchise Development
  • Understand the channel partner profitability and ROI to help them understand the business outcome and investment requirements.
  • Monitor and Facilitate Channel partner selection with various stakeholders in line with the laid down process.
  • Evaluation and assessment of the financial and business acumen suitability of potential franchisees.
  • Generation of leads in accordance with the Market Area Plan and to ensure brand identity compliance.
  • Ensure timely meetings with all expressions of interest received for geography.
  • Work together with state and statutory team for obtaining statutory requirements of proposed sites to enable on time commissioning.
  • MIS & Reporting
  • To maintain database of all expression of interest from geography being handled.
  • Monitor and maintain records of site wise progress for statutory applications, approvals, and construction.
  • Prepare and report progress on sites to state and HO.

5+ Yrs Experience in Channel sales any industries . Education  MBA in Marketing .
