Role - Lead ME Engineer

Location - Gwalior

Purpose/Objective:

Responsible for process planning of new components, including cycle time estimation, CNC programming, and machine prove-out. Ensure quality standards and customer approval for first parts. Drive continuous process improvement and maintain documentation aligned with quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
• Create CNC programs and conduct first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines.
• Select and validate cutting tools for machining operations.
• Design and oversee manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Obtain first part approval from customers.
• Maintain process documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Implement process improvements and reduce cycle times.
• Prepare and present monthly performance and progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
• 10–14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
