● Client & Broker Engagement: Present and promote our real estate projects to prospective clients and a network of channel partners (brokers). Conduct compelling site visits and project presentations.
● Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers and brokers to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
● Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead enquiry and site visit to negotiation, booking, and final deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive, primarily within the Real Estate industry.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Odia is mandatory.
