Role Overview-
The Orthopaedic Fellow will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure in advanced orthopaedic surgery, joint replacement, trauma care, arthroscopy, and spine procedures under the guidance of experienced consultants. The fellowship aims to enhance surgical skills, clinical decision-making, and research aptitude, preparing the candidate for an independent orthopaedic practice.
Key Responsibilities-
• ssist senior consultants in outpatient clinics, emergency cases, ward rounds, and surgical procedures.
• G in hands-on experience in trauma surgery, arthroscopy, joint replacement, and spine procedures.
• M nage in-patient care, pre-operative and post-operative protocols.
• E sure proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Eligibility Criteria-
• M /DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized institution.
• F esh postgraduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience preferred.
• S rong academic interest, clinical acumen, and a passion for orthopaedic surgery.
• E cellent communication and teamwork skills.
