We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, hands-on experience with CNC equipment, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC Turning, VMC & HMC machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot root causes of recurring maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, preventive, and periodic maintenance.

1. Developing welding procedures for Carbon, alloy, stainless and high tensile steels for the manufacture of Boilers, Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessels to various national and international codes.
2. Must have excellent grasping power & presentation skills & must process interpersonal & communication skills to maintain synergy between different customers and third party.
3. Must have analytical skills to dig out root causes in the area of welding.
4. Experience in GTAW automation will be an added advantage.
5. Experience in exotic materials will be an added advantage.
6. Should be aware with welding of different kind of material as P1(C-steel), P3, P4, P5 (Cr-Mo steel), P6, P7, P8 ( Martensitic, Ferritic, Austenitic steel). Worked with materials like 304,304L,316, 316L,321,410, Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex, etc.
7. Knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels and Boilers (ASME SEC I, SEC II, SEC V III, SEC IX, ASME B31.3).
8. Knowledge of Weld Plan, PQR, WPS, SWP, Welding Repair procedure, heat treatment, consumables estimation & inventory management & Non-Destructive Examination (LPE, MPE, UE, RE etc.).
9. Knowledge of Welder training & qualifications.
10. Knowledge of Different Welding Processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW, ESSC, FCAW, Groove welding & weld overlays.

The Candidate will be responsible for leading the piping design and engineering activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

This role involves managing a team of piping engineers and designers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.

• Design & Engineering Management
• Oversee the development of piping layouts, isometrics, support drawings, MTOs, and related documents.
• Ensure designs comply with international codes & standards (ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.) and project specifications.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations.
• Ensure 3D model reviews (using PDMS / SP3D / E3D / AutoPlant / CADWorx) are carried out effectively.
• Hands-on expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory for overseeing detailed design work.

• Project Execution & Coordination
• Plan and monitor piping design activities, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Instrumentation, and Electrical teams.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning stages.

• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and engineering best practices.

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

12–18 years of experience in piping design and engineering within EPC / Heavy Engineering / Process Plant industries.

Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial / leadership role overseeing piping design teams.

Exposure to large-scale projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, or Heavy Engineering preferred.

Hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential.
