**A Day in the Life**
The Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms (EADP) value-stream is accountable for enterprise architecture, solutions governance, data assets across the company, data & advanced analytics platforms, and enterprise integrations. The Hyperautomation team is part of the EADP value-stream and uses advanced technologies to automate business and IT processes. This can include anything from simple task automation to complex decision making. We empower our employees and processes with digital superpowers. The team owns enterprise capabilities for AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation and Process Mining.
We are seeking an experienced, tech savvy Business Analyst with broad expertise in automation capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and no-code automation to join our Hyperautomation team. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving ideation, shaping the demand, ensuring our business creates tangible value from leveraging Hyperautomation and AI.
As a Business Analyst you deliver projects and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other professionals. Most of the time is spent gathering, documenting, explaining requirements and overseeing projects - from idea to value realized - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills within the Hyperautomation domain.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
+ Engage with business leaders to create a shared understanding of how Hyperautomation, AI can enable them to improve efficiencies and add value.
+ Collaborates with business stakeholder managers, business and IT leaders to create a multi-year roadmap to solve business challenges through Hyperautomation.
+ Drives creation and management of a pipeline of high value automation opportunities.
+ Drive reusability of delivered solutions.
+ Collaborate closely with Hyperautomation Enterprise and Solution architects to select the right platforms and tools to solve for the use case within our guidelines and standards, driving re-use of investments, building on capabilities.
+ Work with key stakeholders to ideate and refine use cases to automate business processes.
+ Co-create with the stakeholders the lean business case, analyze the current process, define the problem, scope, value and potential improvements and the to-be process.
+ Gather high level and detailed (non-)functional requirements needed to deliver the use case through one or more automation solutions.
+ Guide use cases from idea to value delivered, where needed acting as the key contact on behalf of the business and IT delivery teams and project managers.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure you can bring the 'art of the possible' ideas.
+ Contribute to documentation for business cases, business processes, and automation solutions.
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate business stakeholders on Hyperautomation and AI technologies, ensuring they understand the potential benefits and applications.
+ Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of automation solutions and identify areas for further optimization.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 7+ years of progressive experience in IT integration with a Bachelors Degree in engineering or MCA or MSc.
+ Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English.
+ Proven experience in business analytics within IT, leveraging and combining multiple Hyperautomation capabilities.
+ Very solid technical understanding of the broad set of Hyperautomation capabilities, combined with a deeper expert understanding in at least one or two of the Hyperautomation capabilities such as (Gen)AI, Process Mining or IPA/RPA, to spot and compare cross technology solutions to an automation opportunity.
+ Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy ability to analyze complex process scenarios and offer solutions.
+ High degree of interest in business processes improvement, with and automation mindset.
+ A mindset of detail oriented, with cross-Functional Collaboration, an eye for process Improvement.
+ Understanding of systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with automation tools and data.
+ Stance of the continuous learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and process optimization methodologies.
+ Ability to work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments.
+ Ability to set objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
+ Proven ability to work as a team player, delivering quality results within defined timelines.
**Nice to have:**
+ Experience in consultancy, pre-sales.
+ Experience in combining Robotic Process Automation with AI and Agentic AI platforms and solutions.
+ Knowledge of capabilities in Snowflake, Databricks, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, WebMethods.
+ Previous Medtronic experience, or experience in the Med Tech industry.

As a Sr. Analyst **,** you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the highest security standards across the Enterprise. You will assist the Sr. IT Manager for Strategies and Programs for the Global Cyber and Information Security Office (GCISO)You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources to create comprehensive dashboards that will enable leadership to make informed and strategic decisions.

GENERAL
+ Compile and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
+ Develop and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboard and report using BI tools, such as PowerBi.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and reporting needs to support decision-making processes.
+ Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions independently.

+ Stay up to date on BI tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience with PowerBI and other BI Tools
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think outside the box for innovative solutions
Familiarity with various data sources and databases (ex. SQL)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future needs
Strong communication skills, able to convey data insights to non-technical audiences
Experiences working in a large organization is a plus
Conscious on best data security practices and
Maintain and upkeep proactive measures to ensure the highest level of data security while creating and managing reports
**NICE TO HAVE** (Preferred Qualifications)
+ Strongly Preferred
+ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools

As the Device Managers Architect of Software Architecture and Technology, you will be reporting to the leader of the Architecture and Technology team of the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF) R&D organization. You will be driving the architecture of the components and services of our Cloud Technologies layer, making decisions on open source, and purchased software underpinning both platforms and applications. These platforms and applications are the software basis of Medtronic's offerings that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for over 1.6M patients in 80 geographies using web, mobile and proprietary device clients providing data from implanted devices.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**
+ Designs, develops, documents, tests, maintains, and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.
+ Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.

**Inception**
+ Sets the architectural vision, design, and technology choices for the components and services of our Device Managers, making decisions on open source and purchased software underpinning both platforms and applications.
+ Provides well informed recommendations with multiple options using POCs and other means of establishing validated learning in critical aspects of the architecture and design.
+ Identifies and documents technical risks and strategies for mitigation.
+ Gains support and approval for architecture and design, this often involves collaboration with other architects and development teams.
+ Delivers and maintains architecture documents and presentations needed for review and team guidance.
+ Accountable for technical viability of quality solutions that work with the given cost, scope, and schedule while maximizing progress toward the vision and balancing technical debt.
+ Establish patterns, practices and standards that enable teams to work more independently while maintaining integrity of the system.
+ Collaborates with Product Owners, HFUX, Systems Engineers, fellow Architects, and technical leaders, to define solutions to market requirements.

+ Engages with the larger architecture team to ensure alignment across the Patient Management ecosystem of hardware and software.
+ Works with the Product Owners to define aspects of user story acceptance criteria and the prioritization of the Architecture Runway.
+ Balances security with cost and capability assessments to support experiences designed.
+ Works with the persistent teams to adapt the design based on early sprints and other learnings.
+ Guides the teams in leveraging established standards, patterns, and practices for delivery.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or another technical field
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
+ Proficient in two or more of the following: C/C++/C#, Java, Java script/Scripting
+ Proficient at architecting, building, and deploying systems on Mobile computing platform such as iPad, Android, & embedded Linux.
+ Preferred to have experience at factoring operational cost into infrastructure, architecture, and service decisions.
+ Preferred to have experience working with application development in the healthcare domains of an FDA regulated environment.
+ Preferred to have experience with clinical domain systems and standards (e.g. Epic, HL7)
+ 10+ years in technical lead/Architect roles for software development teams building mission critical cloud applications in an environment applying modern engineering practices (Lean, Agile, DevOps).
+ Strong written and oral communication skills working with diverse audiences in both software development and traditional IT roles.

You will be responsible for defining the vision and driving the realization for robust software in the context of DevOps based software delivery. You will provide leadership and architectural direction to engineering teams to ensure speed, quality, and compliance. You will continuously drive software improvements by leveraging state-of-the-art methodologies, standards and tools, acting as a conduit of progressive external and internal thinking. Your perspective will be broad, incorporating system level design thinking and arriving at solution approach for complex technical problems across software development life cycle.

+ Solution architecture, Systems Design, Design Patterns, and frameworks implementation knowledge for enterprise solutions.
+ Expert in MicroServices, Containerization.
+ Expert in Microsoft technology stack.
+ Should be hands on defining UML, High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documents.
+ Strong programming skills in C#,.NET And/Or C, C++, Web Services, REST protocols for software design, development, debug and test practices.
+ Should have experience in one of UI technologies like Angular, React, HTML5,JavaScript,CSS,BootStrap.
+ Should have knowledge in designing and implementing secure solutions.
+ Should have experience in cross platform development , ex. iOS, Android, Windows.

**A Day in the Life**
We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven team member who's eager to learn, develop new skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. As part of the Consult Team-Medtronic's internal master service provider-you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end contingent labor process across the globe.
From coordinating with staffing providers and internal hiring managers to ensuring a seamless experience for contingent workers, our work spans every stage of the journey-selection, hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, invoicing, offboarding, and everything in between.
In this role, you'll join our Operations group, which oversees our vendor management system (VMS), VNDLY. You'll be at the heart of keeping our program running smoothly by managing system configuration, integrations, maintenance related to VNDLY as well as using VNDLY data to help drive decisions and provide stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and resolve operational tickets quickly, keeping workflows on track.
- Advise on policies, processes, and best practices, identifying improvements.
- Troubleshoot invoicing and API transfer issues between our VMS (VNDLY) and Medtronic systems.
- Collaborate with the VMS Customer Success Team to optimize configurations and request enhancements.
- Analyze data trends and create actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support program integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Lead projects to expand program reach and service offerings globally.
- Serve as program expert on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and program documentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage key projects.
- Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and status reporting.
- Resolve project challenges to meet quality, productivity, and satisfaction goals.
- Develop tools to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.
**Responsibilities**

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
· Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
**Nice to Have**
· Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
· Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with VMS (vendor management systems) such as VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
· Project management experience
· Contingent staffing experience
· Moderate excel knowledge
