Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversees the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to background checks and onboarding new employees into the plant environment.
• Employee Relations: Manages employee grievances, resolves conflicts, and fosters a positive work environment, which is crucial for maintaining productivity in a manufacturing setting.
• Labor Law Compliance: Ensures that all HR practices, policies, and programs adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws and safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Designs and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, contributing to overall productivity and safety.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administers compensation packages, employee benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Performance Management: Manages performance appraisal processes and talent development programs, working to retain skilled workers.
• Health and Safety: Coordinates and promotes health, safety, and welfare initiatives within the plant, working to create a safe work environment.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborates closely with plant management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support overall plant operations.
• HR Administration: Maintains accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensures the effective operation of HR systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Supervisor, located in Jagannathprasad. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising construction workers, coordinating with project managers and engineers, managing resources and materials, and monitoring project progress. The supervisor will also address any issues that arise on-site and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Construction Supervision and Site Management skills
• Project Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management experience
• Knowledge of Safety and Quality Standards in construction
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

KEC’s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage & water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals –
