Services Engineer - Maintenance
**Role Summary/Purpose**
+ Provide technical guidance to Technicians and different teams engaged in maintenance of 4500 HP and 6000 HP locomotives in Diesel Locomotive maintenance shed.
+ The SE will be responsible to execute all work related to allotted Locomotives for maintenance in the shift to achieve best operational performance levels & lead the trouble shooting for various defects reported in the Locomotive.
+ Will ensure that all the activities being performed under scheduled, unscheduled maintenance are as per documented procedure and practices, within timelines, cost and quality including documentation and sign off.
+ Ensure all work performed follow safe and environment friendly practices including highest levels of 5S in the shed.
+ Responsible for implementation of LEAN Flow activities for schedule maintenance to achieve the set Turn Around Time targets.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering with 7 years applicable operations experience in maintenance of Locomotives, and/or transportation/rolling stock equipment.
+ Willingness to work in 24x7 operations - different shifts, various days.
+ Experience/exposure to IT tools for the purposes of planning and executing work.
+ Ability lead teams in a shop environment.
+ Good communication skills with aptitude for managing teams & multiple functional stakeholders.

Jr. Engineer will be responsible for Diesel electric locomotive repair and maintenance activities as per specified standards and work scope.

Essential Responsibilities
+ Track Wabtec loco movement on IR network and gather information on working details.
+ Replenishment spares with PRT team to remain in readiness to attention to loco problems.
+ Attend problems / incident reported by customer/ service sheds. Provide its investigation report to service shed and action taken to fix the locomotive problem.
+ Inform service shed on action taken so that further course of action on the locomotives can be taken by shed.
+ Carry out troubleshooting and diagnostic as per Wabtec process.
+ Carry out technical solution as per Wabtec maintenance procedure.
+ Comply with safety requirements and standards of locomotives at all times.
**Role Summary/Purpose**
Fulfill customer expectation for locomotive reliability, performance and contract obligation during loco operations on Indian Railway network. Attend unscheduled incident, investigate, execute and fix problems on locomotive on IR network with complete coordination with shed while keep Shed informed of observations / investigation and corrective action taken if any.
Qualifications/Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent with minimum of 7+ year field experience on maintenance of ac- ac diesel locomotive domain or minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience on Wabtec diesel locomotives.
+ Strong background in diesel locomotive system for Mechanical system including bogies, diesel engine, air compresses, air brake system and radiators OR for electrical system including propulsion system, traction motors, traction alternator, aux. generators, radiator fan.
+ Good ability to diagnostic and troubleshooting problems on ac-ac locomotives.
+ Good capability to assess the status of safety and criticality of diesel locomotives system in event of problems and to decide the course of corrective action.
+ Excellent Interpersonal skill with ability to work with customer and service shed.
+ To Maintain site Matrix & data for monitoring and record keeping of KPI indicators.
+ Must have Indian Railway Operational knowledge, understanding & rules for executing field related jobs on IR network.

About the Position

Designation: Manager Costing

Work Location : Neemrana, Rajasthan

Reporting to : CFO/VP(Commercial)

Purpose of the Role

To lead the costing function across spinning, weaving, and denim manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate product costing, efficient cost allocation, and robust cost control. The role will provide actionable insights to improve profitability, optimize resources, and support management in strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Financial Analysis

• Lead preparation of cost sheets, contribution analysis, and monthly operational profitability (MIS).
• Implement and monitor standard costing systems and variance analysis.
• Analyze conversion costs, utility costs (steam, power, air, water), and overhead absorption to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure accurate costing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including valuation and reconciliations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Manage cost-related budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing units.
• Provide insights on cost-benefit analysis of new products and processes.
• Support management decisions with financial projections and scenario planning.

Cost Control & Optimization

• Develop strategies to reduce wastage, improve resource utilization, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to strengthen cost controls.
• Recommend and monitor KPIs for cost efficiency and productivity.

Systems & Compliance

• Ensure timely reporting of costing data and accuracy in ERP/SAP-based systems.
• Manage cost audit compliance, coordination with cost auditors, and submission of statutory returns.
• Ensure adherence to all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of costing professionals and junior accountants.
• Build capabilities in financial analysis, ERP reporting, and modern costing methodologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified ICWA (Cost Accountant) / CMA.
• 10+ years in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum 5 years in a managerial role in costing.
• Proven track record in textile industry (spinning/weaving/denim preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical ability, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
