Objectives of the role
To assist Senior Store officer in day to day functioning of the stores department.
Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL
To prepare GRNs of incoming materials, invoices and other documents related to dispatches of outgoing goods.
Arrange the stocks (a) to locate and retrieve easily (b) to keep store tidy (c) to avoid any accidents due to leakages etc.
To ensure proper identification of RMs/PMs FGs and TGs for their timely and safe loading for dispatch.
To ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods and Free samples to the customers following FIFO strictly.
To move material to and from external warehouses for effective utilisation of storage space available
Inventory management of FG and TG stock and taking proactive steps to minimize them and to reduce the Slow moving and Non-moving items.
SECONDARY
Coordination with planning and logistics coordinators for daily dispatches based on the clear orders available and dispatch plan.
Record the transactions to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis.
ESSENTIAL
Graduate with Material management
4-7 years of experience in similar field.
Have good computer skills, interpersonal and analytical skills.
DESIRABLE
Have good exposure to HSE norms related to material management.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
