+ You'll take ownership of mechanical activities across BTA equipment, including Mixers, Calendars, Extruders, Cutters, and Bead machines.
+ You'll execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to keep machines running at peak efficiency.
+ You'll lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team ownership.
+ You'll respond swiftly to breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
+ You'll use SAP (MM module) to manage maintenance workflows, spare parts, and reporting.
+ You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and support production goals.
