About The Role  

The Deputy Manager - Business Loans - DMS will play a pivotal role in managing the business loan portfolio, driving loan processing efficiency, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The incumbent will support the loan origination process, oversee documentation management systems (DMS), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client service.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the end-to-end business loan process, from application to disbursement and post-disbursement monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, document verification, and maintenance within the Document Management System (DMS).
- Conduct credit analysis and preliminary risk assessment of loan applications, in line with company policies and regulatory norms.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
