Day in the Life
- Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of existing medical products and the development of new medical products
- Design, develop, conduct code reviews, implement, debug, test, and debug desktop applications with hardware integration
- Determine design requirements for software systems
- Generate documentation for software projects to support regulatory and business needs
- Participate in all stages of product development: including refining product vision, gathering needs, refining requirements, project planning, system design, coding, testing, release, deployment, and support.
- Utilize experience and education to build high quality, maintainable software following industry design/architectural patterns
- Use Agile methodologies to manage application development
- Manage completion of own work assignments and coordinates work with others
- Continues to strengthen industry knowledge and use that knowledge to improve the quality of our products
- Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

**Must Have - Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 12+ years of engineering experience
+ Minimum 7 years of desktop software development experience
+ Experience in designing and developing Windows desktop applications using C++, Windows libraries, hardware integration, Qt and QML.
+ Experience with GUI application design and development
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience in medical device industry (or other regulated industry)
+ Experience with application design patterns and object-oriented design patterns
+ Experience with networking communication protocols
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies
+ Experience with Security and Risk analysis

+ Develop and optimize conversational AI experiences LLMs for HR use cases (e.g., policy Q&A, case resolution, onboarding support).
+ Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to improve model performance and contextual relevance.
**Platform Configuration & Customization**
+ Configure workflows, business rules, and data models in ServiceNow , Workday and other HR systems and applications
+ Integrate agentic platforms with core HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and third-party tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
+ Collaborate with platform architects to ensure scalable and secure solution design.
**Monitoring & Optimization**
+ Analyze usage metrics, resolution rates, and feedback to continuously improve automation logic and user experience.
+ Implement A/B testing and performance tuning for virtual agents and RPA bots.
+ Continuously improve automation logic, NLP accuracy, and user experience based on analytics and feedback.
**Collaboration & Agile Delivery**
+ Work closely with HR product owners, business analysts, architects and IT teams in an agile environment.
+ Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution demos.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in AI solution development, automation engineering, or platform configuration.
+ Hands-on experience with at least one agentic platform and one RPA tool.
+ Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, case management, and employee support.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and inspire a team of HRIS professionals. Provide technical oversight, coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and individual growth.
+ Collaborate with US counterparts to set team vision and long- term strategic plan. Align deliverables with HR Digital Transformation priorities and business objectives.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and HR stakeholders to prioritize and manage HRIS projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
+ Lead the configuration and optimization of core HR platforms, including Workday and ServiceNow, to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on functionality, manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, and maintain global security and compliance regulations.
+ Manage the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven solutions within our HR ecosystem that improve the user experience, drive efficiency, and unlock valuable insights.
+ Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data. Develop and implement scalable data pipelines that support reporting and analytics solutions. Establish and maintain strong data management practices including standardized definitions, metric catalogs, and security roles.
+ Oversee the design and development of PowerBI dashboards to deliver critical insights for HR and business leaders. Work closely with the internal team to align on project requirements and maintain consistent design standards.
+ Utilize analytical techniques and tools to analyze HR data sets that drive data-informed decision-making. Lead ad-hoc and annual projects leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization capabilities that support talent decisions and improve HR operations.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS operations.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum **10** years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
+ Extensive experience in IT platform management including Workday, ServiceNow and PowerBI.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analytics.
