# Project Overview:
Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices.
# Job Summary:
Responsible for the organization and activities relating to system turnover including creation of plans, procedures, and field instructions, incorporating contractual obligations and handover of supporting documentation. Develop standard completion reports used to track System completion. As a Turnover Lead, candidate is responsible for supervising team members within their work area, including daily tasking, professional development, and scheduling
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Champion and implement the Project Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPPs), Project Procedures and ITPs. Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments.
+ Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness. Manage field generated inspection records in completions management software for tracking and reporting. Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including TEAMWorks, Setroute, Infoworks, Unifier, Aconex, and Smart Completions (Completions Database).
+ Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
+ Communicate effectively with other project team members, the customer, and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget are maintained.
+ Operate standard office equipment and automation tools. Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
+ Implement an effective and efficient punch list process. Work with Field Engineering and CSU teams to define Tag and ITR requirements for Turnover deliverables.
+ Provide training to project personnel on System Completion and Turnover.
+ Focal point for all Project Turnover documentation and data deliverables. Champion of the Smart Completions Database.
+ Integrate required vendor and project data from Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to Electronic Turnover Packages.
+ In conjunction with automation team, develop standard completion reports used to track System completion. Control and maintain master set of System Turnover P&IDs - manage system scoping against P&IDs and other engineering drawings; and facilitate in data validation.
+ Chair Completions meetings - communicate, drive, and review the module by system skyline schedule.
+ Verify documentation for quality and completeness. Organize and lead system completion walk downs.
+ Identify and classify final walkdown punch items.
+ Performs employee reviews for subordinate personnel, assists in their development and ensures that subordinate personnel receive progressive training.
+ Provides input to the project staffing plan for assigned subordinate personnel.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ A recognized degree in engineering or scientific discipline. Actual work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the technical knowledge described above
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Technical knowledge of all phases of construction activities relating to a single or multiple area is desirable.
+ Thorough knowledge of construction activities as they relate to engineering disciplines, cost and scheduling, and contract administration.

# Job Summary:
The Cranes & Rigging Superintendent is responsible for supervising and directing operations within the cranes & rigging discipline. Supervises and directs cranes & rigging craft, subordinate supervisors, and others, as assigned. Ensures assigned construction performance is following specifications and within schedules and budgets.
# Job Dimensions

# Major Responsibilities:
+ Provide ES&H leadership. This includes preparation and implementation of safety procedures and leading Bechtel and subcontractor safety meetings Ensure that all crane and rigging operations comply with applicable procedures, standards, and local regulations, customer and project-specific requirements Engages in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and FLHA for rigging activities
+ Oversee that the contractors maintain all site cranes per processes and procedure requirements in regard to safe usage, site relocation, assembly/disassembly of cranes, safe rig up and safe raising-lowering of long boom cranes, proper set up, proper usage and site ground bearing conditions regarding build out of earth and timber crane pads.
+ Oversee that the site COE's (crane operator examiners) and crane operator qualification program including crane operator certifications, state licenses and medical certificates verifications are in place and followed by contractors.
+ Ensures that assigned personnel are properly qualified for their task (e.g., signaling cranes); that they are trained, competent and aware of their responsibilities, and are complying with all applicable standards, requirements, and safe practices. Inspect site for unsafe conditions and practices and take appropriate corrective action to correct breaches.
+ Coordinate safety training and enforce safe work practices at all times in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor. Champion the cause of ZERO Accident Philosophy.
+ Ensure that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility. Review and approve subcontractor equipment/personnel mobilization and demobilization if required.
+ Perform employee reviews and identify training and development opportunities for subordinate rigging personnel and craft professionals
+ Responsible for implementing corporate project policies, procedures, and instructions within their assigned area(s) of operation Coordinate and implement established area operational plans Assist in performing construction testing as required Perform other duties as required by Bechtel management
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ University/B. S degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus 8 years of experience or 12 years of equivalent industry experience in-lieu of a degree.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction is preferred.
+ Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving ability. Ability to read and interpret crane manufactures operator's manual and load charts
+ Experienced in safe use and inspection of rigging hardware Monitor and track utilization of all site cranes Certified rigger/signal person.
+ NCCCO, NCCCER or equivalent Certified crane operator, NCCCO, NCCER or equivalent Certified OSHA crane inspector Bechtel Certified Rigging Engineer (CRE) certification.

# Additional Information:
Work includes field inspections and the physical ability to conduct field inspections which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.)

# Project Overview:
Bechtel is seeking to work with a major Indian corporation to provide Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of their existing petrochemical facilities in India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices and Dahej site. You will bring your experience and expertise to the Commissioning Manager role while working within the customer's organization as part of an integrated team. # Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for startup planning and executing activities on OSBL facilities. You will coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and clients to leverage diverse technical team skills to integrate and develop the Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning schedules to drive plant facility assets to RFSU. You will identify risks and trends, manage progress reporting, and proactively course correct to ensure goals, schedules, and requirements are met.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Develop a good working relationship with project client counterpart and their teams
+ Develop a commissioning plan.
+ Develop review and approval program for contractor commissioning procedure development.
+ Manage, coordinate, and administer the contractor commissioning activities through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start up, initial operations and prime contract close out
+ Oversee the development of Level 3 & 4 commissioning schedules, manage performance, report progress and initiate action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to specifications.
+ Organize Pre-Com/Com team attendance for construction Mechanical completion walkdowns.
+ Establish regular progress update meetings with construction Team.
+ Encourage construction team for early development of mechanical cleaning program for system utility flushing and major steam blow program including preservation program.
+ Oversee coordination of support teams involved in completion process, resolve problems and coordinate the final turnover of project to the customer.
+ Monitor and control all contractual commitments to ensure all work is performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms of the contract, that a trend program is in place, and that change orders and claims are processed in a timely manner.
+ Support client during Facility commissioning and Performance testing activities.
+ Responsible for project execution, ensure that the project is delivered within contract requirements, standards of quality and safety, and to the customer and Bechtel performance expectations.
+ Lead/conduct project and customer meetings to promote and facilitate communication, review progress/performance, discuss issues and facilitate problem resolution.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Knowledge of oil & gas, energy, chemical industry, technology, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) work processes, including knowledge of customs, culture, and business practices
+ Previous project management experience on lump sum and reimbursable projects in international settings Knowledge and experience in project execution plan development and implementation
+ Knowledge and experience in contracts/subcontracts formulation, risk analysis and negotiations
+ Ability to effectively organize and staff a project team within a matrix organization
+ Prior construction supervision and management experience on (PC projects like the projects described above.
+ Strong "Zero Incident" ES&H experience; a demonstrated ability to implement and hold field contract supervision and contractors accountable for the successful implementation of the project.
+ Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
