**Key Responsibilities:**
**Cost Control & Analysis**
+ Track, monitor, and report **monthly cost variances & indirect costs** with in-depth trend analysis.
+ Prepare **monthly cost review decks** with key insights for cost optimization.
+ Calculate and analyze **Material Usage Variance (MUV) line-wise** and partner with the manufacturing team to reduce **yield losses** .
+ Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of **materials used for employee sales & factory consumption** .
**Financial Reporting & Compliance**
+ Ensure **accurate and timely** month-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations.
+ Maintain compliance with **Accounting policies, Internal controls, and SOX requirements** .
+ Manage **GL reconciliations in Blackline Tool** and resolve discrepancies.
+ Oversee **HO reporting** , including **costing runs, Optimus updates, and monthly Supply Chain Finance Scorecards** .
+ Submit annual **NSS returns** within deadlines.
**Inventory & Internal Controls**
+ Calculate **inventory ageing provisions** and investigate variances.
+ Oversee **BOM & Routing updates** to ensure accuracy in costing and reporting.
+ Conduct **monthly physical stock verification** and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Strengthen **internal controls** and support governance implementation.
**Fixed Assets & Capex Management**
+ Review new **asset capitalizations & depreciation** monthly.
+ Coordinate **asset verifications, transfers, disposals, and write-offs** as per policy.
+ Participate in **CWIP reviews** and drive corrective actions.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ **CA / CMA qualified professional** with **minimum 3 years of experience** in a **manufacturing industry (preferably FMCG)** .

You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and activities related to mid- to long-term material requirements for assigned suppliers/materials across the region. You also track the contract coverage position and raise any new requisitions to procurement and identify risks and opportunities in medium-term material supply plans and drive dialogue and escalation.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. FG Dispatch & Coordination**
Plan and execute daily FG dispatches in coordination with the Product Supply team.
Ensure dispatches are aligned with customer requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement, loading, and documentation.
Monitor dispatch schedules to avoid delays or stockouts.
**2. Warehouse Operations**
Oversee complete warehouse activities including storage, stacking, housekeeping, and material handling.
Ensure compliance with PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) & TLUL (Truck loading Unloading) standards and safe equipment usage.
Maintain 5S and safety standards within the warehouse.
Ensure material handling equipment (MHE) is used effectively and safely.
**3. Inventory Management**
Conduct daily FG reconciliation (system vs physical stock).
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and Dispatch tracker updated updates.
Coordinate with MGF team on daily for FSTN recon (production booking)
Monitor slow-moving, short-expiry, and blocked stock to minimize losses.
Ensure SAP/ERP entries are updated in real time.
**4. Export Operations**
Handle end-to-end export process, including coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent).
Prepare and verify export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and statutory export requirements.
Track export shipments and share timely updates with stakeholders
**5. Team Management**
Supervise and guide shop floor colleagues and casual labour for smooth FG dispatch activities.
Allocate manpower effectively based on workload.
Provide on-the-job training related to safety, process compliance, and time management.
Foster teamwork and motivate staff to achieve daily/weekly dispatch targets.
**6. Safety & Compliance**
Implement and sustain warehouse safety standards (PPE usage, safe loading/unloading, fire safety).
Conduct safety toolbox talks and refreshers for colleagues and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
**Education / Certifications:**
Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Engineering).
**Job specific requirements:**
2-3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / FG Dispatch / Exports.
Exposure to SAP MM/WM modules preferred.
Knowledge of safety standards in warehouse and logistics.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.
Good knowledge of transportation & logistics coordination.
Hands-on experience in exports & documentation.
ERP/SAP knowledge for FG dispatch & inventory management.

+ Liaison with Regional Supply Planning Capability Leads to define & support a governance a process for inventory policy parameter refresh for each region and execute it accordingly
+ Create / leverage simulation tools and lead various required simulation and sensitivity analysis with multiple business scenarios to assess the impact of business dynamics (SC disruptions, changing manufacturing sources, deploying new production strategies etc.) on inventory and help define action plans
+ Familiar and proficient in data extraction, handling and data consumption and should be able to provide required output via effective visualization techniques leveraging tools like Alteryx & Tableau.
+ Supports Supply Planning continuous process improvement projects by generating required analysis, developing analytical & statistical models to resolve/detect escalated performance issues.

Candidate Profile
