3) This role involves analytical tasks, strategic planning, promotion and providing exceptional relationships with the Swiggy & Zomato teams for running ads, monitoring performances and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Must have worked in Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms for at least 3+ years.
- Experience in Key Account Management and Customer Service
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining key accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think and execute the sales and marketing support for our kitchens
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
