Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inspection Coordinator at QCADVISOR , a third-party inspection and quality assurance company. The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for daily inspection scheduling, communication with suppliers, and coordination between clients and inspectors to ensure smooth inspection operations.
This position can be based in Tiruppur or around(South India), with flexibility for some remote work.
Daily work:
- Act as the communication bridge between clients, the internal operations team, and suppliers to arrange inspection schedules.
- Handle the daily coordination of inspection bookings, ensuring all inspections are arranged on time.
- Confirm inspection dates and requirements with suppliers and inspectors, and update any schedule changes promptly.
- Record and maintain accurate information for each inspection, including booking details, supplier contacts, and feedback.
- Help resolve scheduling or communication issues quickly to keep inspection plans on track.
- Assist in improving coordination workflow to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Communicate in English by email and phone with clients and inspectors as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a third-party inspection company or similar quality control service.
- Experience coordinating inspections, audits, or lab testing projects is highly preferred.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills (email and phone).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, and other office communication tools.
