The Specialist, Product Operations will join the team of specialists who plays a vital role in the implementation and supporting of the Originating Institutions (OI) for Cross-Border Payment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of XBS configurations post the technical integration till the commercial launch and supports several types of expansion programs of the Originating Institutions subsequently. 2. Role

The Job role is to spearhead the configurational projects from the regions for the Mastercard Cross-Border business , manage key stakeholders and support test sessions for new and existing customers. This role also plays as subject matter expert on XBS Bank platform capabilities and limitations and bridge the gap between various stakeholders and Regional teams. The Key responsibilities of the role includes the following :
Ensuring the configurations of the new Originating Institutions are performed accurately within the prescribed SLA. Attention to details is a critical attribute of the individual to ensure error free process.
Effectively collaborate with wider cross functional teams that supports cross border business in order to achieve the overall implementation expectation.
Effective tracking of OI onboarding pipelines and regular follow ups for the pending details or confirmations from Sales teams /OIs for successfully completing the configuration
Proactively highlight the anomalies if any with the configuration data provided and diligently follow up to obtain all the desired details for the onboarding.
Provide support for all the user acceptance testing related to any new functionality that are directly or indirectly linked to the Configuration.
Activate new corridors, additional products/channels, pricing changes, new branch additions , demographic changes etc for the existing OIs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the regional product delivery, Customer Implementation and product management teams on the configuration related requirements.
Maintain record keeping of all the configuration requests for addressing any future queries .
Collaborate and support other teams such as Customer Support teams in providing required details from the systems pertaining to an OI in order to resolve an issue raised by the OI.
Provide different metrics time to time required by product management teams relating to the OI portfolio, Pipelines etc. Contribute to the continuous process improvements for providing better service experience to internal and external customer through the process improvements.

Role

Product Manager for Mastercard’s Test & Learn product, an analytic platform used by the world's largest organizations to make multi-million-dollar decisions.

Develop product strategy derived from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.

Translate a deep understanding of our users into an actionable roadmap. Leverage user research, market research, sales/marketing expertise, and usage data to inform priorities.

Own end-to-end feature development. Identify and prioritize problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to inform future decisions.

Work as a part of a cross-functional product team to bring ideas to life. Work together with UX designers, engineers, and other product managers to improve our products.

The Transfer Solution team is looking for a PMT to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Role :
- Lead customer engagement success definition: Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, short and long term goals, documentation (PRDs & FAQs) to help inform the direction of success and feedback loop mechanisms.
- Drive product, service and technology vision: Assumptions testing and experimentation to improve customer engagement model, and onboarding experience, as well as capturing raw feedback to influence future roadmap decisions.
- Lead Product Launch: Own the definition and/or GTM plan to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
- Lead Product Operations: Including monitoring and response to customer feedback, continuous product improvement and business growth.

- Experience with facilitating technical and non-technical virtual workshops, trainings and/or problem-solving meetings.
- Experience with converting customer use cases into actionable and testable backlog and owning prioritization.
- Understands the technologies, architecture design and features that support customer jobs to be done and are able to contribute to technical discussions, decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience completing end-to-end delivery of software changes or customer onboarding experience that focuses on learning outcomes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Education (preferred):
Bachelor's degree Computer Science (or related discipline)

- 5+ years in Technical Product Management

Overview:
The Industry Standards team within Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization provides security standards and solutions to ensure the safety and security of the global Mastercard ecosystem.
These security standards & solutions cover all areas of the payments industry inclusive of cardholder data environments, mobile payment devices, traditional cards and terminals as well as leading in the development and implementation of emerging payment security standards covering new technologies such as tokenization and point-to-point encryption.
The Site Data Protection Program (SDP) within the Industry Standards team manages the operational security validation component of the team. The SDP team works with Acquirers, Registered Service Providers, and internal constituents from the regions and account management teams.
As the Specialist, Industry Standards you will focus on the AP region and contribute to security validation operations, help operate a merchant assurance and risk mitigation program and ensure Acquirers are operating within the specified program requirements as it relates to security standards that drive the market toward a secure payment environment to protect Mastercard, its reputation and payment system stake holders.

• Assists in operational implementation processes for SDP security validation for the AP region.
• erforms specific and time-boxed tasks in support of business goals to deliver validation reporting focused on the AP region.
