Key Responsibilities:

-Branch Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery branch including shipment receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading processes.

-Team Hiring & Management:

Hire, train, and retain Delivery Associates (DAs) and branch execution team as per volume requirement and ensure workforce availability.

-Delivery Performance:

Monitor and ensure achievement of targeted delivery ratio (e.g., EDD %), return-to-origin (RTO) control, and daily delivery completion.

-SOP adherence:

Ensure all operations are aligned to meet or exceed client scorecard parameters (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho standards). Maintain adherence to SOPs, shipment handling guidelines, including security, hygiene,

-Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Compliance:

Ensure accurate COD collection, reconciliation, daily deposits, and adherence to financial SOPs.

-Asset & Facility Management:

Ensure upkeep of, manage delivery, and maintain secure handling of shipments and company property, branch infrastructure, assets and record keeping.

Qualification:

-Experience of working with clients like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho preferred

-Min 1 year of logistics branch operations (last-mile-delivery) experience expected.

-Fluency in Kannada language is must

-Local native candidates to be preferred

Role & responsibilities :

• Correctly dispense medications, as prescribed, by compounding, packaging, and labelling pharmaceuticals
• Manage orders, storage & safekeeping of pharmacy, ensuring adequate supply of medicines at all times.
• Provide relevant & complete information to the patients about the medicines, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage; suggest interventions if required.

• PLC Management: Manage, program, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal performance of automated machinery used in paddy processing.
• Automation System Support: Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, including optional Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and IoT devices, to support production processes
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems, to ensure seamless connectivity for automation and production monitoring.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to plant staff for PLC-related issues, automation systems, and other IT hardware/software, minimizing production downtime.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with plant managers to optimize PLC configurations and automation workflows for efficient production of raw, steam, and boiled paddy.
• Data Management: Ensure secure storage and backup of data generated from automated processes, supporting production tracking and quality control.
